Terms of Service for GeminiReady Console

Business use

GeminiReady Console is provided for business and professional use. By using the service, you represent that you have authority to bind the organization you use it for and that your app readiness work is lawful and authorized.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for submitted content, app URLs, metadata, task descriptions, user permissions, privacy compliance, legal review, implementation decisions, and the consequences of deploying app actions or public copy changes. You must not submit credentials, secrets, private keys, or content you do not have permission to use.

Service limitations

Readiness scores, action checks, and copy recommendations are decision-support tools. They are not legal advice, payment advice, security certification, platform approval, or a guarantee that any AI assistant, search engine, app store, or third-party platform will display, rank, cite, or execute your app in a particular way.

Plans and payment

Published prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Annual plans are discounted compared with monthly billing. Checkout may be handled by NOWPayments. Crypto payments can be irreversible once broadcast or confirmed by a network. Taxes, exchange fees, network fees, and provider fees may apply.

Refunds and cancellations

Unless required by law, fees for digital services are non-refundable after service access, setup, analysis, or usage begins. We may review refund requests sent to support@aigeamy.com and may approve, deny, or prorate them at our discretion where permitted by law.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful surveillance, credential theft, unauthorized access, deceptive app claims, spam, malware, attempts to bypass app-store or platform rules, infringement, or activity that creates legal, operational, security, or reputational risk for us or our providers.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the service, including software, design, workflows, documentation, templates, reports, and product materials. Customers retain rights to their lawful inputs and outputs, subject to the rights needed for us to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the three months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
